TRC extras...An education and employment center equipped with a computer, library, writing area, and internet are housed in The Renaissance Apartments and Fitness for Life Center.
We also offer a professional clothes closet for use by residents seeking jobs and provide access to state of the art exercise equipment, weight rooms, locker rooms, and a gym.
Our laundry facilities includes washers and dryers on two different floors. The convenient onsite laundry provides tenant with a safe and clean place to wash clothes. |
The Renaissance Apartments and Fitness for Life Center |
The Renaissance Collaborative, Inc. has over 10- years experience in planning, development and operation of affordable supportive housing, which is showcased in the re-development of The Renaissance Apartments and Fitness for Life Center. The Renaissance Apartments is a project- based Section 8 Single Room Occupancy (SRO) facility offering 100 units of affordable housing to chronically homeless individuals.  | | The Single Room Occupancy unit comes standard with table and two chairs, wardrobe cabinet, refrigerator, stove, shower or bath, twin size bed and one dresser. Each new resident is given a lodging kit with some essentials in it to welcome them into the building. |
