Position Title: Human Resource & Operations Executive Assistant
Position Status: Full Time – Exempt
This position will perform a wide variety of complex, responsible, and confidential administrative, clerical, and technical duties. Working under the direction and supervision of the department’s executive to manage financial, accounting and HR procedures. The Executive assistant must be able to implement new systems that increase revenue and decrease business losses by identifying opportunities and employing best practices. Responsibilities may include screening calls; managing calendars; making travel, meeting and event arrangements; preparing reports and financial data. Requires strong computer and Internet research skills, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management, staff, and vendors. Sensitivity to confidential matters is required.
Position Status: Full-time and Exempt
This position works directly with the Executive Director and Leadership Team to lead, develop, support
and help implement strategies, plans and approaches to create and attract funding to enable TRC to surpass
organizational outreach, impact and fundraising goals for its initiatives (foundation, corporate, and public
funding from various sources). This manager will identify, analyze and assesses partnerships and funding
opportunities that will catalyze and potentially develop, new programmatic goals and priorities and manage
relationship building and stewardship with potential institutional donor prospects, while ensuring excellent
stewardship with current donors .This Manager leads in managing and participating in the production of
proposals, reports, and other institutional donor communication, organizes and engages in networking events,
and co-leads face-to-face meetings with donors.
