Dear Contractors - 

The Renaissance Collaborative is welcoming your company to bid on the work described in the attached Invitation to Bid.  With this latest project, The Renaissance Collaborative continues renovations on the Historic Former Wabash YMCA in Bronzeville, Chicago.  Please note that though contractors are not required to be union, because of the historic preservation nature of the work, experience in the historic building arena is preferred and in some instances required.

Project Schedule

  • Pre-Bid Meeting: December 1st – 3rd 10th 2025, walk-through and questions answered, by appointment.
    Location: Wabash YMCA, 3763 S. Wabash Ave.

  • Bid Due Date & Time: December 15, 2025, at 5:00 PM (Central Time) Late bids will not be accepted.
