TRC’s employment programs are designed to pay particular attention to placement issues confronted by individuals when they seek to enter or re-enter the workforce, with the understanding that each individual has a different meaning of work in their life, education, and work history.

Job Training Programs

TRC provides four training programs that combine both classroom and on-the-job training to give individuals with barriers to employment the experience and knowledge necessary to secure and sustain a job with a living wage.
